Q- 1. How to place an Order?

Kloth Trend is an online shopping based website for women clothing & jewellery in India. We provides two types of order processing.

  1. Online order: First of customer need to visit our website and have to select products and add it in cart that want to purchase and sign up/log in on website and go to Checkout and follow all step given there.
  2. Offline Order (E.g. WhatsApp, Telephonic conversation)

Q- 2. Do the shipping charges vary from country to country?

Yes, for some products, they vary from country to country, You will get the exact shipping price when you will check out  from cart.


Q- 3. Is the shipping charge calculated on weight of the package?

The shipping charges are calculated on the number of products in your order. You can view the shipping cost in your cart when you purchased the products.


Q- 4. I do not have a Paypal account, Can I still transfer money to your account?

Yes, you can choose our other payment options other than paypal.


Q- 5. Have you provide Tailoring Facility?

Yes. We provides custom stitching options for the only product purchased from us. Customer need to pay the total amount for product and stitching charges first then after we will able to put your order in stitching.


Q- 6. What is shipping address?

The address where you would like to deliver the goods is called the shipping address


Q- 7. Can billing address and shipping address be different?

Yes, you can give a different shipping address.


Q- 8. Can I track the package once you ship it from India?

Yes, you would receive the Airway Bill number of the courier once it is shipped also you can check the status of your product by login into your account. You would be able to track it with the respective courier.


Q- 9. Can you deliver to any country in the world?

Yes, we deliver to almost all countries in the world.


Q- 10. How long time it takes to deliver ?

Generally, not all the products you ordered are ready to ship. So within 1 – 3 days it will be dispatched. After dispatching the product it depends on courier service. (e.g. In India post it will take 12-15 business days to get your parcel delivered, FedEx takes 7 to 10 business days in International.)


Q- 11. Which currency is accepted for payment?

We accepts payment only in all Currencies. If Customer have any doubt about anything, please leave us an email. Our customer executive will contact you.


Q- 12. What if product goes out of stock?

If the item is out of stock and you try to order that product, the website will not let you do so. But In some cases, after placing an order the product goes out of stock the amount you paid will be refunded to you. Otherwise you can also select other products or remain with us as a credit amount.


Q- 13. What is the procedure to return a product ?

Please refer our Return Policy for it.


Q- 14. Can I return a salwar kameez or a lehenga thats stitched to my measurements?

Sorry, custom stitched products cannot be returned or exchanged.
