Return & Refund Policy

Before you return a product, please be aware all our products go through Quality Control before shipping. Returns & Exchanges will be accepted only if your order is damaged in transit or you received the incorrect product. If you received like this, you may return them exactly the way you were received (unworn, with original packaging).



Step 1: Please inform us within 2 days of receipt of order. You must email [email protected] or Message on our WhatsApp Helpline number to notify us.

Step 2: Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us you are required to send us Parcel Opening video and photograph of the product, then it is up to the discretion of our QC team to decide whether product is approved for return.

Step 3: Once we received an e-mail of your concern with the product opening video, photograph and our Quality Control team has authorized the return we will inform you on the most mutually convenient return method.

Step 4: will replace the items free of cost if possible or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.



  • -Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • -Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  • -After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies.
  • -Package refused by recipient.
  • -Sizing issues. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase or you can email us to know more details on [email protected] / call us on our contact no.
  • -Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  • -Minor color and design variation(s). All Products image color may be slightly different due to camera effect & your display settings on our website.
  • -Return and Refund will be not acceptable in case of Like and Dislike basis. Because every customer choices are different.
  • -Return and Refund will be not acceptable in case of Custom Stitched Products.
  • -If the jewellery is not damaged or faulty.



Refund is usually made within 7 – 25 working days. The money would be refunded through the same payment gateway selected by you.

Refund will be made only after receiving the products in hand.



There may be certain orders that we might be unable to accept due to certain reasons. solely reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracy or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

In such case if customer has placed the order and payment is made and if we are unable to Provide the product/products then customer have to select another products or we will refund full amount refunded to Customer.
